The East Aldine Management District is hiring an Office Assistant (Receptionist)
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service, handle all incoming calls to the main office in a professional and efficient manner, assist in set-up for community meetings, committee/board meetings and any other events or functions held on site, including refreshments/food, handouts/documents, etc., assist with the coordination of district services, including the scheduling of district contractors and vendors, in order to ensure district operations are carried out effectively.
