HOUSTON-GALVESTON AREA COUNCIL invites you to comment
on the Draft Public Participation Plan

We need your input and comments on H-GAC’s Draft Public Participation Plan (PPP). The PPP outlines H‑GAC’s public involvement process for the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP), the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The Draft PPP is posted on H‑GAC’s website.

H-GAC will host a public meeting on the Draft PPP as follows:

A 45-day public comment period began on Monday, July 9, 2012 and ends on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. Written comments may be submitted to Transportation Public Information, Houston-Galveston Area Council, P.O. Box 22777, Houston, TX 77227-2777, faxed to 713-993-4508 or emailed to [email protected].

H-GAC will provide for reasonable accommodations for persons attending H-GAC functions. Requests from persons needing these special accommodations should be received by H-GAC staff 24 hours prior to a function. The public meeting will be conducted in English, and requests for language interpreters or other special communication needs should be made at least two working days prior to a function.
