This is a great opportunity to meet some of your great law enforcement officers in action.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is hosting Basic Riot Training for a multi-agency response to any incident that requires large crowd control. Volunteers are needed to act as protesters. Please help us make this training as realistic as possible so that when the time comes, the HCSO will be prepared.
When: Thursday & Friday, January 10-11 and January 17 – 18
Hours: 1pm – 4pm (Yes, it is during working hours.)
Where: Harris County Sheriff Academy, 2316 Atascocita Road, Humble TX 77396
(Next door to the Fire Marshall’s office)
CERT Volunteers are asked to wear their ID badges, and dress comfortably for the training and weather.
