Aldine AFT and AISD distributing 40,000 free books, Aug. 12

ALDINE AFT & ISD distributing 40,000 FREE BOOKS for ALDINE students, families, educators, school Staff & librarians!

WHEN: Saturday, August 12, 8:30 a.m. – until the books run out!
WHERE: Aldine Education Center, 1702 Aldine Bender Road

Title I school and community program staff serving students and families in need must be registered with First Book to receive books. Registration is free—go to www.firstbook.org/AFT. Families do NOT need to register.

Important details, please read:
 Books are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early!
 Aldine AFT members can choose up to 40 books. Non-members and community program staff will be able to select up to 20 books, and parents or guardians may choose up to 5 books per child to take home (as long as books last).
 Please bring your own boxes, baskets or bags for your books.
 All school staff must be registered with First Book. On-site registration will be available.
