East Aldine Management District staffers and others who work at the East Aldine Town Center are reminded every day of the essential work done under pressure by professional call takers and dispatchers at the Greater Harris County 911 Network Building — because it’s a few yards away.
But now that it’s National Public Safety Telecommunications Week, District staffers, sheriff’s office supervisors and employees of Lone Star College-East Aldine, Baker Ripley-East Aldine, and Suvida Health Care provided lunch today from Manny’s Mexican Grill & Seafood to show their gratitude. Our headset heroes also received bags of swag from the neighboring agencies.
