Thanks to Harris County Sheriff’s Office supervisors and deputies who do special work for the East Aldine Management District for joining us for National Night Out on Tuesday night (Oct. 3) and presenting the District with a certificate of appreciation (held by District Director of Operations Veronica Sanches, left, and District board member Flor Zarzosa).

The deputies and supervisors provide extra patrols in the area thanks to funding from the District as part of the overall effort to
keep the lid on crime. Not only does that keep the community safe, but it also sets the stage for even more economic development in the rapidly improving neighborhood.

National Night Out is an annual event to strengthen community ties with law enforcement, but we encourage close cooperation between police and the public year-round. “See something? Say something!”
