Remembering Deputy Sheriff Darren Almendarez, a true hero, as we rename a portion of 59 Eastex Fwy between Little York and the Beltway in his name. His memory lives on in the hearts of our community and this sign serves as a constant reminder of his bravery and service.
The East Aldine Management District is deeply committed to law enforcement and public safety. Our Board of Directors showed this commitment by contributing the majority of funding to memorialize Deputy Almendarez.
