This is a friendly reminder that Family Day is now scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 15. We would love it if you would participate as part of our resource fair. This will also be a great opportunity for you to meet our Acting President, Dr. Bennie Lambert. He is excited to meet our community members and partners, so please consider joining us. We will be inviting students and their families to attend this special event, and we want to include you, our community partners. The day will be full of helpful information sessions on how students can prepare for college. We will have games, prizes, and refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
Please feel free to contact us by Monday, July 10 to sign up for the resource fair so we can have a table set up for you. We will provide table cloths if you need one. You only need to bring signage, flyers and anything else you would like to share with the community. If you choose to participate, we ask that you arrive at noon on July 15 for your set-up, as the resource fair will be from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. All participants will have refreshments provided for them. We hope you can join us!
