The AARP Foundation in cooperation with the IRS offers free tax preparation at three sites in Houston.
From February 1st to April 15th, 2013 you will be able to receive free individual or joint tax return preparation for if you are a moderate to low income taxpayer. Electronic filing of your tax return is also free.
The AARP Foundation offers free tax help for the past 45 years.
