Aldine ISD is looking for crossing guards for MacArthur High School and Hambrick Middle School.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED
• Possess a valid Texas drivers license
• Ability to report to specific sites each day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop in various weather conditions
• Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
• Ability to work well with staff, students, and families
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Assists and ensures the safety of students and adults at a specific location while crossing the street.
• Collaborates with school administrators, staff, parents, and students regarding safety issues.
• Understands and adheres to safety guidelines and policies.
• Place caution signs at designated points before going on duty and remove signs at the end of shift.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.
• Maximum of 10 hours per week.

HOURS
1 hour before and 1 hour after school
$10.35 per hour
