Gov. Greg Abbott’s March 10, 2021 order in response to the coronavirus pandemic allows restaurants to resume full capacity dine-in service with no state requirement that customers or staff wear masks. However, some restaurants may choose to require mask-wearing and social distancing and others may continue to limit their business to take-out and delivery.
