Mark your calendar for the morning of March 16th! We are offering you the opportunity to attend “Project Planning Mountain”, a highly interactive training workshop for managing your community projects.
In this training session you will have the opportunity to learn the different components of planning a community project and define each of the following as a group:
• Vision
• Goal
• Resources
• Success Factors
• Obstacles
• Tasks
• Action Plan
You will then break into small groups and put your new knowledge to the test by creating a plan for a real project using the different components. Invite your fellow community leaders to participate in this workshop where you will be able to work on your current community projects together.
Registration will begin March 5th. However, seating is limited so do not wait to register once you receive the invitation on March 5th.
