For the third year, East Aldine District partnered with the Junior League of The Woodlands (JLTW) for the 3rd annual Literacy Carnival, and what a joy it was to see so many kids reading!
The Literacy Carnival is all about bringing joy to kids through reading and letting them use their imagination. A good book can help a child see things differently and spark the desire to learn. Books open a whole new world for kids, and it’s always rewarding to provide books for all ages, and more than one book per child.
Thank you to our amazing volunteers and to JLTW for such a great partnership. If you missed it this year, we hope you’ll join us next year!
