Greetings EAMD Community, Castlewood Civic Club will be hosting its first Spring Festival, Saturday, April 8th, from 11am - 3pm located at Trailcrest and Ridgeland. Please come out and support Castlewood Civic Club and enjoy some fun and good food.
Family Friendly Fun! Remember to bring sunscreen, hat, gloves, insect repellent, and wear work clothes. Refreshments will be provided for volunteers. Participants must sign waivers. It was a collaboration with EAD and BakerRipley to engage the community about mobility infrastructure projects in East Aldine. There were about 75 community members present.
The EAMD and Castlewood Civic Club went to Austin, Texas to the state capitol to support State Rep. Armando Walle's HB 294. This was a great day for the Castlewood Civic Club to be before the committee and continue to take action to change history.
