Vendor Application

Welcome vendors and thank you for your interest. To ensure your attendance as a vendor, please complete this form. All vendors are subject to approval for each event. An email confirmation is required from EAD staff to participate. A 10×10 space is available on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are required to check-in and be set-up at least an hour prior to the event.

Is your business based in East Aldine?
Vendors are required to provide a gift card in the amount of $40.00 for a giveaway that takes place for the community at the event. Your business will be announced when raffling the gift card.
Will you be requiring electricity? (Please note power outlets are limited. No gas generators are allowed on grass area.)
